Exchanges and Store Credit

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  While we do not offer returns, we do honor exchanges and store credit with the below guidelines.  We have found that most cases, exchanges can be avoided by proper measurement.  Please click on “MEASURE” for proper measurement instructions.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you find just the right size for you or your pet.   

Please note the following guidelines when requesting an exchange or merchandise credit:

1. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please email us at within seven (7) calendar days from delivery and we will be happy to assist you.  Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition.  It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, gift bag, etc.

2. SALMAN™ Designs will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit only.  Merchandise credit will expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.  We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges or credit - no exceptions.

3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be provided to you.  Items sent to SALMAN™ Designs without the RMA form will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping costs including returned shipment and the cost to ship your replacement item.  We must receive the item postmarked within seven (7) calendar days from date of issue of your RMA.

4. We do not issue refunds for merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us past the above timeframes, has been used, is not in its original new condition or does not include all original documents, boxes, gift bags, etc.

5. Returned shipping with a tracking number and insurance is a requirement and the responsibility of the buyer.

6. All customized items or items with personalization are final sale and require a non-refundable deposit to start your pieces.  Please make certain you provide the correct size and specifications with your order.

7. We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.  If you wish to exchange it after you received it, please review the policy.

8. All exchanges are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.  Please check your sizing, measurements and specifications.  Heavy or oversized items may be charged additional restock fees.

9. Once SALMAN™ Designs has received the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in original packaging, we will either make your exchange or issue a store credit.  An email will be sent to you upon receipt for your records.  We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or missing tags, boxes, etc.

10. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours.  Include order number, date, and item number and describe the defective merchandise.

11. We will accept an exchange only once per item.

12. No exchanges are accepted on sale, clearance, personalized, custom or discontinued items. 

13. Please allow additional time for exchanges. 

14. Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of your order.  If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed additional shipping costs.
